These website Terms of Business explain the basis on which CareMint Recruitment provides information, receives enquiries and discusses recruitment services through this website.
They are not a substitute for the specific written terms issued to a client, candidate, temporary worker or contractor before services begin.
Who we are and scope
CareMint Recruitment is a recruitment business registered in England and Wales under company registration number 14283346. Our contact address is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR and our email address is info@caremint.co.uk.
References to “CareMint”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean CareMint Recruitment. “You” means any visitor, prospective client, client, candidate, work-seeker or other person using this website.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Our recruitment services
CareMint may operate as an employment agency when introducing work-seekers for direct engagement by a hirer, and as an employment business when supplying temporary workers. The precise basis of any service will be confirmed in separate written terms before recruitment activity or an assignment begins.
Our services may include permanent, fixed-term, temporary, contract and temp-to-perm recruitment across education, healthcare, hospitality, security and facilities.
A contract for recruitment services arises only when the applicable written terms have been accepted by authorised parties. Job listings, candidate summaries and website content are invitations to discuss an opportunity, not binding offers.
Prospective clients and hirers
Before accepting an instruction, we may request information about the organisation, role, location, working hours, duration, remuneration, health and safety considerations, required qualifications, legal requirements and other facts needed to understand the assignment.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete information, maintaining a safe working environment, meeting applicable employment and equality obligations, and independently satisfying themselves as to a candidate’s suitability before engagement.
Candidate information is confidential and supplied only for the recruitment purpose for which it was shared. It must not be passed to another person or organisation without our and the candidate’s authority.
Fees, invoicing, replacement or rebate provisions, transfer arrangements, notice, timesheets, temporary worker charges and other commercial matters will be governed exclusively by the client terms agreed for the relevant service.
Candidates and work-seekers
CareMint does not charge work-seekers for work-finding services. Candidates should provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading, including information about experience, qualifications, registrations, right to work, availability and any matter relevant to a role.
Registration does not guarantee an interview, assignment or offer. We decide which opportunities may be appropriate based on the available information, client requirements and the candidate’s preferences.
We will not knowingly submit identifiable candidate information to a prospective employer without an appropriate recruitment purpose and candidate engagement. Separate candidate or temporary worker terms may apply before representation or supply.
Accuracy, checks and decisions
We take reasonable care when presenting information, but CVs, job descriptions, remuneration details and other recruitment information may originate from third parties. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not warrant that website or third-party information is complete or error-free.
Where a role requires qualifications, registrations, references, safeguarding checks, licences or other verifications, the responsibility for each check will be addressed in the applicable service terms and in accordance with legal requirements. Final hiring and engagement decisions remain with the client.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal or business recruitment purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, misrepresent your identity or use information obtained here for unlawful discrimination, fraud or unsolicited marketing.
The website design, text, graphics and CareMint branding are owned by or licensed to CareMint. You may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw content without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, CareMint is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content. Liability relating to an actual recruitment service is governed by the specific written terms for that service.
Privacy, links and general terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites.
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms do not give rights to a person who is not a party to them.
These website terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, website or legal obligations. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.
